The operating system your business is currently doing by hand
CRM, Finance, HR, Projects, Procurement and your public website, in one platform with role-based access, so admins, managers and staff each only see what they're provisioned for.
Every module below is live, not on a roadmap
ABOS isn't a mockup of what an ERP could do. It's the same system running TechMAC's own CRM, finance records and this website's content management, which is why we can show you exactly what each module does instead of describing it in the abstract.
CRM
Contacts, clients, opportunities and leads through to invoices and commissions, plus campaign and quote-form tracking.
Finance
Transactions, ledger and VAT handling, kept in sync with everything CRM and Procurement post.
HR
The staff side of the business: people, roles and the records HR actually needs day to day.
Projects
Plan and track delivery work without a separate tool bolted on the side.
Procurement & Inventory
Materials, products and physical assets, plus the purchase orders that move them.
Real Estate
Track property and physical assets for businesses that manage premises as part of the operation.
Legal
Liabilities and the obligations attached to them, visible alongside the rest of the business.
Communication
Internal messaging and notifications wired into the same records everyone else is working from.
Web & CMS
The public site and store module. This page, and the rest of technologymac.co.uk, runs on it.
One platform, from the first customer to the last invoice
Customers and money, in one record
Every customer, deal, invoice and payment lives in the same system, so sales and finance read from one version of the truth instead of reconciling two.
Discuss this →People, work and purchasing, joined up
The internal side of the business: who works for you, what they are working on, and what you buy to deliver it, connected to the same customer and finance records.
Discuss this →Everyone sees their part, and only their part
Admins, managers and staff are each provisioned for the modules and records their role needs, so the whole business can use one platform safely.
Discuss this →Your website, run from the same system
Your public website's content is managed inside ABOS, the same way this website is, so enquiries and bookings land straight in your CRM.
Discuss this →Three ways businesses start with ABOS
These are starting points, not a locked menu. Every ABOS engagement is scoped to your module mix, user count and data migration, so treat the prices below as the honest floor for each tier.

From inquiry to a scoped proposal
Tell us about your business
The form above asks for your team size and which modules interest you, so we're not starting from zero.
We map your current setup
An architect looks at what you're running today (spreadsheets, other software) and where the manual bridging happens.
You get a scoped proposal
Modules, user count, migration work and a real price, not a generic quote.
We build and onboard
Your team gets role-based access from day one, so people only see what they're provisioned for.
Questions we get first
Is this a template, or a real system?
Real. ABOS runs TechMAC's own CRM, finance records and this website's CMS today, not a separate demo environment.
Do we have to take every module?
No. Most businesses start with the CRM, Finance and Web modules on the Starter tier and add Projects, Procurement or HR once they need them, which is exactly what the Growth tier covers.
Why is pricing shown as "from" instead of a fixed number?
Because ABOS is scoped to your module mix, user count and any data migration involved, the same way any real ERP engagement is priced. "From" is the honest floor, not a teaser rate.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how many modules and how much existing data needs migrating, but a TechMAC architect will give you a real timeline after the discovery call, not before.

A short form gets you a scoped proposal, not a sales call out of nowhere.
