01Review rounds
Each step of a project has review rounds, with the number shown in your plan. Feedback within the agreed scope is included.
02Change requests
A change to the agreed scope is a change request. We tell you the hours and cost it adds before doing it, and only go ahead once you agree.
03Delays
Timelines depend on timely feedback and access from you. If something is waiting on you, the dates move with it.
