Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order, a project or a monthly plan.
01Orders and projects
You can cancel at any time by writing to us. You pay for the work carried out up to that point, and for any third-party costs already committed, and nothing more.
02Monthly plans
Cancel a monthly plan by writing to us before your next billing date. It then ends at the close of the period you have paid for, and no further payments are taken.
03Discovery calls
Please give at least a few hours' notice if you cannot attend a booked discovery call, so we can offer the time to someone else.
04If we cancel
If we have to cancel work, we will tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid for work not carried out.
